Sugarloaf Cobbitty Equestrian Club
Sugarloaf Cobbitty Equestrian Club is a small and friendly dressage club who run six competition days per year. Our competition days cater for the lower level combinations as well as the more experienced, with tests ranging from Preparatory to FEI.
The club grounds are located at Sugarloaf Equestrian Centre - 315 Coates Park Road, Cobbitty NSW.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL OUR MEMBERS AND COMPETITORS
As you are aware THS 's are no longer required, but we still have restrictions which we must adhere to as a constituent Club to the EFA to conduct an event.
Clubs must still register the event with the DPI and our Registration Number for 24 August 2008 is HER -6399
Competitors must NOW fill in a registration form identifying the property where there horse lives by way of address of the property or a new system called a PIC = Property Identification Code.
We will be placing this information request on our next entry form, in the interim we will require you to send in prior to our August Competition if you have already entered or along with your entry form to the Club Secretary a registration form. More details may be obtained from the EFA/DressageNSW and DPI regarding PICS.
I know this is all becoming all too difficult BUT it is for the welfare of your horses that these new rules have been put in place.
